Day 1: Arrival San Jose International Airport

VIP Executive Welcome and Transfer to Xandari Plantation & Luxury Resort/Spa
(20 minute drive)



Art, Culture and Natural Beauty blend together in this one of a kind resort including private rainforests, waterfalls. * As participants arrive, they can enjoy walking private nature trails complete with, with cascading waterfalls, swimming in heated lap pools or indulging in a pampering spa treatment in break-taking Tilapas. The Hotel was designed and built by a famous Architect and Artist from California.


Welcoming Reception and Wine Tasting Event:
(Location: Executive Residence or Xandari Poolside Cabina, not to exceed 40 minutes driving time)



The Retreat will kick-off with a private poolside dinner. Dignitaries and Business Leaders from Costa Rica will be invited to welcome CEO Delegates.

An Entrepreneur, Outdoor Adventurer, and Resident of Costa Rica, Rosemary has survived evacuation from Earthquakes, Volcano Eruptions, Mudslides and Tornados. She's also wrestled the corporate jungle, directing acquisition teams, strategic planning sessions and visionary customer service organizations.

In Rosemary's cutting edge learning adventures, your organization will discover how the 5 best practices of wilderness survival are the same best practices required to lead a successful team, WOW! customers and live a life of optimism, integrity and prosperity.


You’ll be out of your "bored rooms” as the workshop unfolds amidst a White Water Rafting Adventure!



The Team will Go Wild! and Go GREAT! while learning skills of communication, adaptability and teamwork. (Class 5) Lunch is included on the River. On the bus ride back, a master mind session will be facilitated de-briefing the application of the adventure to navigating the Tsunamis of both business and Life.

Day 3: Early Morning Breakfast & Go Wild! Go GREAT! Zip-Lining Adventure
(45 minutes driving time each way, 5 hrs)



Executives will discover their Inner Tarzan and "Inner Hero" as they let go of obstacles, fears and create a MAP Mission Action Plan for their Now to WOW! Journey.


Waterfall Innovation Workshop (Xandari Resort)

Rosemary combines the latest Think Tank Practices using Nature as a Guide, a Team Challenge and Closing Tribal Circle. Executives will bring home an NBI® Whole Brain Assessment of their Leadership style as well as 5 Creative Problem Solving Strategies applicable to Strategic Planning. The program is based on Rosemary’s keynote presentation at the World Creativity Conference in South Africa.

Day 4: Transfer to San Jose International Airport
