Day 1: Arrival Virginia Beach Airport

VIP Executive Welcome and Transfer to "The Four Seasons" Private Villa on the Beach

This Mansion on the Sand offers a private YPO Seaside Retreat. Looking out from the great room onto the Atlantic Ocean you will feel as if you have reached the edge of the earth. When you're not actually out on the beach "The Four Seasons" still provides endless options to keep you entertained! For those who love to challenge each other or just have good old fashioned fun, you can shoot Pool, or play Foosball, Air Hockey and Ping Pong. "The Four Seasons" even has a private indoor pool so no matter what the season your Beach Vacation will be a dream come true! Note: YPORetreats.com has access to several villas for larger YPO Family Forum groups.

Welcoming Reception and Wine Tasting Event:

The Retreat will kick-off with a Candlelight Reception and a special Wine Tasting & Leadership Program.

Survival Skills for Business and Life" and co-author of "Blueprint for Success" with Dr. Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard. Programs are facilitated to maximize the talents and expertise of members while presenting powerful new pivot points for individual and forum transformation. Each YPO Educational program is customized for individual Forum preferences and history and designed with YPO values in mind.

Learning programs typically involve physical activities and surprising adventures throughout the workshop to develop synergy among executive leaders.

In developing your YPO Forum Retreat, Rosemary, a resident of Costa Rica, works with the YPO Assigned Coordinator and Chapter Administrator to assure sufficient time on the agenda for private forum sessions. Prior to the retreat, each YPO participant completes a confidential on-line NBI® Whole Brain Profile which serves as a key tool for both retreat planning and forum discussion. This brain profile provides a computer generated report firmly based in leadership research outlining each participant’s brain preferences and potential new pathways for life and leadership. This tool has proven to be an invaluable discussion tool at all of our retreats.

An Evening Mystery Dinner is privately catered in your beach front executive home entitled "Dead Presidents" requiring participants to practice their skills of Executive Awareness and Stealth.

Day 3:
"Beyond the Sea YPO Deep Sea Fishing Charter – Catching Dreams"
8am – 4pm

The Virginia offshore waters from Maryland to North Carolina make up one of the most spectacular fisheries in the world! Those who have had the opportunity to fish this special place fel fortunate. Virginia Beach offers a wide range of species to target. You can fish for marlin, sailfish, dolphin and tuna. Whether you're fighting the mighty blue marlin or watching hungry yellow fin tuna explode on your baits, you will experience the best fishing possible.

Your YPO Forum group will love this adventure on the high seas.

Day 4:
Early Morning Breakfast & Innovation Workshop

Combines the latest Think Tank Practices using Nature as a Guide, a Team Challenge and a Closing Tribal Circle. Executives will bring home an NBI® Whole Brain Assessment of their Leadership style as well as 5 Creative Problem Solving Strategies applicable to Strategic Planning. The program is based on Rosemary’s keynote presentation at the World Creativity Conference in South Africa.

Go Wild! Go GREAT! Back to Nature Expedition:

Situated along the coastline at the south end of Sandbridge, the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge contains about 7,700 acres of beach, dunes, woodland and marsh. An additional 4,600 acres of the bay’s shallow waters surrounding the refuge’s marshy islands have been designated by Presidential Proclamation for the protection of migrating birds.

In this nature expedition, YPO members will discover the nature of their individual and forum inspiration with focused Mind Walks.

YPO visitors to the refuge have a variety of opportunities to observe wildlife in its natural habitat along various trails and dike roads. Among the possible sightings in the refuge are deer, wild horses, rabbits, raccoons, opossums, minks, foxes, hawks, osprey, owls, herons, swans, bald eagles, loggerhead turtles and, in the surf pilot whales and dolphins. Whistling swans, Snow and Canada geese and several species of ducks frequent the refuge from fall through early spring.

YPO Forum Golfing at Hell’s Point Golf Club

Hell's Point Golf Club is a semi-private resort golf course built in 1982 by renowned golf course architect Rees Jones.

This 18-hole championship golf course plays to a par of 72 and meanders through the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge some 6,776 yards. This course is one of the best designed courses in the United States and gives YPO Forum members a chance to connect.

Evening Barbecue and YPO Leadership Labyrinth or Sky Lantern Ceremony

At YPORetreats.com we like to include a bit of magic, culture and mystery that will bond executives and provide a wonderful incubation of the day's events. You can select between our Labyrinth Ceremony or our Sky Lantern Ceremony as Forum members share their intentions for positive actions and personal goals.

Day 5:
Transfer to Virginia Beach Airport
